Client's Rights
- Clients are free to use the commissioned work for personal purposes such as websites, social media, icons, headers, printing, and other personal uses.
Unless there is a special agreement, when publishing the work, please include the creator's name (Koh) and Twitter ID (@_neoji) in the text. This is more of a request than a rule, and it would be greatly appreciated if you do so.
Creator's Rights
- Currently, the creator does not transfer copyrights, so the copyright belongs to the creator. Therefore, the creation process and the finished product may be posted on the creator's various social media, patron services, and portfolio. The creator will not print or sell data for commercial purposes without permission.
If the client wishes to restrict publication, please consult with the creator in advance (the creator currently does not accept completely private commissions).
- As long as none of the conditions are violated, the creator will not gain additional profit from the commissioned work.
Violations
- Clients cannot profit from reselling, redistributing, or print-selling the commissioned work unless agreed upon as commercial use at the time of the request.
- Even if commercial use was agreed upon at the time of the request, the work cannot be reused for activities that exceed the scope or purpose of use at that time (if the clients wish to do so, please contact the creator).
- Clients cannot modify the commissioned work or use it as training material for image generation AI without the creator's permission.
The creator supports the clients' free creativity and activities, and basically does not seek restrictions beyond common morality. If the clients have any questions, please feel free to ask.
